I graduated from the School of Information Management and Systems at UC Berkeley in 2003. My main interests are XML vocabularies, business processes, B2B, and User Interface analysis. Currently I work as an XML Specialist at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) in New York. ISDA is the global trade association representing participants in the privately negotiated derivatives industry, a business covering swaps and options across all asset classes (interest rate, currency, commodity and energy, credit and equity). At ISDA, I am helping to develop FpML (Financial products Markup Language), the industry-standard XML vocabulary for complex financial products.
Prior to attending SIMS, I was a consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, developing Siebel applications. I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
